Founder/Managing Director
James has successfully delivered outsource asset and facilities management services and consulting across more than 2,500+ buildings within and has held roles covering: trade, business development and operational
management roles. James has worked across a range of government and commercial client portfolios; including Spark (exTelecom), Maritime NZ, Department of Corrections, Ministry of Justice, Hutt Valley Hospital, Fonterra, New Zealand Defence Force and Auckland Council.
Kendra Wallace
Business Solutions Director
Growing up on a farm is where Kendra first learnt that things could change in a moment, she was an early adopter of problem-solving and knows how to adapt and be flexible when faced with change and uncertainty. With over 20 years’ experience in the Integrated Facilities Management industry, both internationally and within New Zealand Kendra has sat on all sides of an outsourced contract – the service provider, the client, procurement and commercial. She brings a unique and diverse perspective when helping businesses explore and challenge boundaries whilst shaping solutions that embrace change and create great experiences.
Ashley Karsanidis
Project Co-ordinator
With real life experience supporting the delivery of AM/FM services across some of New Zealand's largest portfolios, Ashley understands the importance of needing a strong connection between systems, processes and people to ensure successful outcomes. Experienced in analyzing
complex datasets to generate insights that can help clients make informed decisions on how they operate their property portfolios is one of her key strengths. Ashley is also an internationally certified Change Management Practitioner.
Sheldon Hedgman
AM/FM Specialist
Sheldon has over 30 years in the construction, property and facilities management industries. He began his career as a qualified Quantity Surveyor for Fletcher Construction and since then developed his skills and experience in the areas of project, asset, property and facilities management. Examples of client portfolios that Sheldon has completed work on include; Westpac New Zealand, Land Information New Zealand, Hutt Valley District Health Board, Ministry of Education, Z Energy, Auckland District Health Board and more.

Kendra grew up on a farm in Taranaki, where she learnt that things could change in a moment, she was an early adopter of problem solving and how to adapt when faced with change. Now with over 20 years' experience in the Integrated Facilities Management industry, both internationally and within New Zealand. Kendra has sat on all sides of an outsourced contract- the service provider, the client, and procurement. Enabling Kendra to bring a unique and diverse prospective to achieving solutions that deliver positive outcomes.
